Cupcake Decorating Parties
Cake Girl’s Bakery in Chertsey is a charming spot for a cupcake decorating party! Our 2-hour sessions are perfect for children and adults aged 6 and up. Each participant will decorate four cupcakes to take home, learning fun techniques like piping buttercream and creating fondant designs. Disposable aprons are provided.
Food and Drink Option:
Add a food and drink package for £50 for all 10 guests, which includes a choice of pizzas (pepperoni, margherita, or gluten-free margherita with 4 slices per person), crisps, and unlimited water and squash.

- Up to 10 guests: £250
- With food and drinks: £300
Additional Information:
- Onsite Café: Up to 4 parents are welcome to stay to help oversee the party. Our café offers teas, coffees, and snacks for purchase.
- Parking: Free parking is available directly outside the venue.
- Supervision: At least one adult must stay at the party. All our staff are DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
- Guest Arrangements: You’re welcome to bring your own food, plates, and cutlery, but please take all rubbish with you afterward. Decorations, such as balloons, can be displayed using only white tac. We also offer a 20% discount code if you’d like to purchase one of our cakes to celebrate the party.
- Dietary Options: Cupcakes and food can be made gluten-free, egg-free or halal if needed, but this must apply to the entire party. Individual dietary requests cannot be accommodated.
- Accessibility: Unfortunately, there is no disabled access for wheelchair users or additional space to accommodate wheelchairs.
Event Setup:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup and allow 15 minutes afterward for takedown. Each party has a designated time slot, and no refunds are available for cancellations. For more details, see our FAQ.
